Most points will appear in your account within 72 hours and it can take up to 45-business days for promotional points to show up. You can view your points activity in Points History. Click here to access your account. If you need help or if you think you are missing points from a transaction, please contact us.

Yes, returns will result in the points from the original transaction being debited from your More Rewards points balance.

No, you do not require your card during a refund. The points will be automatically taken from your account.

You can see your point balance at any time by logging into your More Rewards account. Once signed in, your current account balance will appear in the top right corner of your screen, next to your account name.
